Can the leaves from the Florida bay tree be used in cooking?

Hell yes, However, you can over do it and cause your grilling to take on a bitter after taste. I vefound that adding a good solid rounded hanndful of leaves and small twiges every ouarter of your cook cycle will give you nice smooth balance flavor. Although, you could very well use Bay on all of your grilled undertakings, its best, and brings out a very intennes flavor in wild meats such as Deer, pork, ducks etc. Good luck Nep.
