i have a peace lilly. It is perfectly healthy and sprouting new flowers constantly, but recently the white flower have been turning as green as the leaves. What causes this? And what can I do to remedy this?

Your plant is just fine. The spaths (flowers) turning green after they have shed their pollen and their life as flowers is done. "Spathyphyllum" can be roughly translated as "flower-leaf". So after they release pollen, they start wanting to turn into leaves, and start making chlorophyll. White poinsettias do the same thing.
All the spaths will eventually turn pale green. If you would like to keep them white for a longer time, clip off the pollen cone before it starts shedding pollen. This may also coax out a few more blossoms than if you let all your spaths shed their pollen.
