Why are my trees dying?

There is a web forming on some of our outdoor trees that seems to be a fungus and it is killing the arbavidas. Does anyone know what it is and how to ger rid of it?

I have two emerald gree thuja'trees in my yard and they have been in the ground for about two years and now they have been turning brown color,about 12 ft.hight can some one help me out we this. you can call if like thank you dan 678-207 6633
