I live in Florida and I planted a few pots of spinach. The seedlings were so pretty and brilliant green but the rain has been just knocking them down and drowning them out (making them wilt and bake in the sun). Do you think they could tolerate some shady temperate indoor weather? Like in a window sill or something?
